I give gratitude to all the lands that have held me and nourished me and taught me over the years: the lands of the Massachusett, Pawtucket, Agawam, Ochethi Sakowin, Wahpekute, Wampanoag, Pokanoket, Nipmuc, Pocumtuc, Mohican, Wabanaki, Abenaki, Nanrantsouak, and the Penobscot.

And to my mentors and co-workers at The Farm School, The Food Project, Open Hands Farm, Sawyer Farm, Villageside Farm, Rebel Hill Farm, and Abundance Farm- thank you for teaching me and growing with me.
